• Avoid using services to infringe on intellectual property rights or violate confidentiality agreements.
• Do not deploy elune AI products for any activity that results in harm or illegal outcomes.

User Content

Users retain ownership of their content but grant elune a license to use it for service provision and improvement.

The licence granted is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and revocable upon termination of services.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any submitted content does not violate third-party rights or laws.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in elune AI software, documentation, and services remain the sole property of elune or its licensors.

Paid Services

Certain advanced features and AI integration consulting are provided as paid services under defined pricing structures.

Pricing details are disclosed at the time of order and may vary based on service scope and duration.

Payments must be made in full as per invoicing terms prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Subscription-based services renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the specified terms.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to service usage and agreement specifics.

Customers may cancel paid services following the procedures described in their contracts or service terms.

Elune provides AI software and services “as is” without warranties regarding performance or suitability for particular purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Elune’s liability for damages arising out of use of services is limited to amounts paid by the user during the prior 12 months.

Third Party Services

Elune may integrate third-party tools in its services; responsibility for those third-party products remains with their providers.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to contract terms. Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.

Upon termination, user access will be revoked and any stored data handled as per data retention policies.

Communications
